The suspect is being held on charges of animal cruelty. Lamont Yarborough 36 of Wilson Ave. was charged with felony animal cruelty after he used a knife to stab the 80-pound pit bull named Buster three times at his family’s home police said.

The park reopened Dec. 20 and sports new turf known as K9Grass. Los Gatos resident Jeff Hudson was one of the first to bring his pooch out to play. “I’m thrilled” he said.
